At our HQ in Cardiff our talented staff service our 3 national companies, Grantiau Cymru (Wales), Albion Grants (England), Scotia Grants (Scotland)

Tyler Matthews
HR and Client Relationship Manager
As Client Relationship and HR Manager, I bridge the gap between our people and our partners — supporting both the team behind the scenes and the customers at the front of the journey. I manage recruitment and onboarding, ensure smooth internal operations, and continue to coordinate the process from grant approval to installation.
My goal is to keep things running efficiently at every level, from first contact to final result. I started out in sales and joined the company as an Account Manager, which gave me valuable insight into the full customer journey. Now, with experience on both the frontline and behind the scenes, I’m focused on building strong partnerships, supporting our growing team, and helping to deliver high-quality service across the board.

Sam Harris
Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Grantiau Cymru, I ensure customers are properly qualified for ECO4 support in line with government guidelines. My role involves asking the right questions, understanding individual needs, and guiding each customer through a smooth and efficient journey from start to finish. I’m also the go-to “IT guy” in the office - whether it’s fixing a headset or crafting the perfect spreadsheet formula, I’m happy to help.

Before joining Grantiau, I worked in Human Resources for a leading clothing retailer. While I enjoyed working with people, I wanted a more dynamic, customer-facing role where I could have a greater impact and develop new skills - leading me to make the move into account management, which has been the best decision I’ve ever made.

Rachel Jenkins
Account Manager
As an Account Manager, I specialise in helping customers access grants for eco-efficient home upgrades, making the process simple, clear, and stress-free. I come from a legal background but chose to transition into the eco sector out of a desire to create real, positive change - supporting people at no cost to them. My goal is to ensure every customer feels confident and informed as they take steps toward a more sustainable home.

Cameron Ellis
Account Manager
As an Account Manager, I help customers navigate the grant process, guiding them in securing funding for eco-efficient home upgrades. I ensure they have a smooth, informed journey while providing expert advice every step of the way. With a background in lead generation, I wanted to take on more responsibility and be involved in the full customer journey - from first contact to final outcome. That drive led me to a more client-focused role, where I could have a direct impact and help people create greener, more energy-efficient homes.

Daniel Williams
Community Surveyor
As a Community Surveyor and Portfolio Upgrades Specialist, I support estate owners and landlords in securing grants for eco-efficiency upgrades. I streamline the process by offering expert guidance and tailored solutions, ensuring every project is completed correctly and to the highest standard. With a long-standing background in the eco sector and roots in sales, I originally started out on the front lines, helping customers make greener choices. Over time, I wanted to take on greater responsibility and expand my expertise - leading me into this more strategic role, where I can manage larger-scale projects and drive lasting impact.

James Robinson
Community Surveyor
As a Community Surveyor, I generate leads by getting out into the community - knocking doors, speaking directly with homeowners, and educating them on the benefits of the ECO4 grant. My goal is to help people access free home improvements that boost energy efficiency and make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.
With a background as a Sales Manager, I made the move into field sales to take control of my income and focus on what I enjoy most - building genuine, face-to-face connections. Unlike phone sales, field sales allow for more natural, meaningful conversations. It's not just about qualifying customers - it's about creating trust and delivering real value at the doorstep.

Ryan Doyle
Community Surveyor
As a Community Surveyor, I actively engage with local communities, speaking directly with homeowners to raise awareness about the ECO4 grant. My mission is to help as many people as possible access free home improvements that enhance energy efficiency, reduce utility bills, and make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.
With a strong foundation in Telesales and Customer Service, I transitioned into field sales to reconnect with genuine, face-to-face interactions. It’s been a refreshing change from screen-based conversations, allowing me to build trust on the doorstep and offer something truly beneficial. For me, this role goes beyond just making a sale - it's about delivering real value where it counts the most. That’s what makes this work so fulfilling and why I’m so passionate about what I do.

Kevin Engall
Community Surveyor
As a Community Surveyor, I generate leads by getting out into the community, speaking directly with homeowners, and educating them on the ECO4 grant. My goal is to help people access free home upgrades that boost energy efficiency and make a real difference in their daily lives.

With a background in tech and automotive sales, I moved into field sales to get back to real conversations and real impact. It’s a refreshing shift from screens and showrooms — now I’m building trust face-to-face and offering something that genuinely improves lives. It’s not just about sales; it’s about delivering value where it matters most — at the doorstep.

Luke Robinson
Community Surveyor
As a Community Surveyor, I’m out in the community every day, speaking directly with homeowners about the ECO4 grant. Simplifying the process and getting customers free upgrades with minimum fuss is what drives me.
This isn’t just about information - it’s about impact. I’m here to help people access support that can truly change their home environment, reduce bills, increase house value and essentially lives.

Thomas Punt
Community Surveyor
As a Community Surveyor I throughly enjoy helping the most in need people in our communities. I take pride in knowing myself and the company are working to make wales not only more energy efficient, but also helping the pockets of our fellow Welsh citizens. Nothing makes me more proud than helping our people become more carbon friendly.
We at Grantiau Cymru are helping shape the nation into a more sustainable energy society, paving the way for the emissions target of 2050 to be met. From one Knock on door to a new energy strategy in the matter of weeks, something only the most proficient company’s and people can do. And that’s what we do everyday.

David Maughan
Community Surveyor
As a Community Surveyor, I have one of the most rewarding jobs you can imagine — knocking on a door, asking a few simple questions, and discovering someone qualifies for tens of thousands of pounds worth of free home upgrades. These improvements not only make their home warmer and cheaper to run year after year, but also add real value to their property.

It feels great knowing this funding comes from the energy companies’ pot and goes directly to the people who deserve it most — especially in times like these, when every penny matters. I’m here to make the process easy, stress-free, and genuinely life-changing for homeowners across the community.

James Williams
Community Surveyor
A community surveyor is in the field introducing the ECO4 grant scheme and the various qualification routes to residents. We make navigating the path to obtaining grants easy and streamlined for those who would benefit, helping them achieve a warmer home in a more cost effective and environmentally friendly way. Win-win.
Previously, I worked in the domestic solar market before transitioning to knocking doors in my community. Being able to assist people who genuinely need help staying warm in their own homes, while enjoying the work, is an absolute pleasure.

Mark Thomas
Community Surveyor
Working for Grantiau Cymru is the best job I’ve ever had. As a Community Surveyor, I visit people in their homes to talk about the ECO4 grant, helping them see the full picture so they can decide if it’s right for them. I’ve been shown around gardens, given plants, tomatoes and cups of tea — and there’s nothing better than telling someone they qualify for tens of thousands of pounds in free upgrades that will keep their home warmer, cut their bills, and boost its value.
It’s incredibly rewarding knowing the funding comes from the energy giants’ pot and goes straight into helping hardworking households. In today’s cost-of-living climate, it feels good to be part of the solution — delivering something that truly makes a difference.
